About

The ambition I’ve set myself to help create an industry with fewer people who look like me at the top.

The mentorship I’ve received from Jeff Goodby, Rich Silverstein, Margaret Johnson, John Mescall and numerous other legendary creative leaders.

The 130+ major advertising awards I’ve won throughout my career at Cannes, One Show, D&AD, Webbys and other shows—including a Cannes Lions Grand Prix for a campaign that I wrote.

The 5 Emmy nominations I received for a project I presented, sold in and then oversaw—in collaboration with Steven Spielberg and Lance Acord.

The ability to accept that none of these achievements are mine alone, and the satisfaction I get from making sure that those I lead always get the credit for their work.

The opportunity I was given to work at one of the world’s best agencies for nearly 8 years, before returning home to successfully co-lead Australia’s most famous creative department.

The support I’ve given women I work with to make sure their transition to motherhood doesn’t mean compromising their creative careers.

The trust I’ve earned with incredible partners at Adobe, Cisco, Carlton United Breweries, Comcast/Xfinity, Australian Government, PepsiCo and countless other global and local brands.

The new business relationships I’ve helped establish creatively, from Gatorade Propel, to One Medical—Amazon’s largest ever acquisition, to the CNBC Disrupter of the Year—IndigoAG to Comcast Business—America’s largest SMB Internet provider.

The experience I gained from branding, launching and then creatively leading the account for an entirely new mobile network, Xfinity Mobile—then watching it grow from 0 to 5 million customer lines in 5 years.

And the environment I hope I create—where creatives can challenge me and feel comfortable sharing their concerns, all while doing the best work of their careers.
